Sounds like Mandy Barnett singing to me, but I can't i.d. the steel player.

Wild guess, Mandy with Jeff Newman maybe Spicher on fiddle.

The singer is Marty Brom who recorded some great Rockabilly tracks also, the steel player is Dickie Overbey. :) The track comes from her 2003 album "Heartache Numbers" - a super album, for sure.
