The rail road song

Post by Bill Mayville »

Hi Vertnon.
Pretty song ,and playing.
Very easy song to play, because the melody is so simple. Even the 2min to the 2 is easy to catch on too.
My students always have to play that song.
But not the melody.Too simple. The background music makes the beginning of their lessons. The walkdowns
and ups
is what they'll use forever. The band stand backup is what most players don't tackle.

Nice job Vernon.

Hi Vernon,
I really enjoyed that, as I do all the rest of your songs.
Every time I listen to you, it really inspires me the way you
play so smooth, and how you play the harmonics and bar slides.
I ask God every day to help me, to be able to play like that again.
Keep them coming my friend, you help me, to keep on trying harder.

I really enjoyed that song and your playing. Where can I get the background music to something like this? It would be great to play with. Larry
