Hey John, Yes John it is more of a Student type model
but is very nice and in great condition ! I am in the
process now of giving it a real good clean up and
polishing and setup ! it has 3 floor pedals and 3 knee levers on it and looks real good for a student
model, I know when i first started playing I had and
old Sho-bud maverick and a Emmons single neck and i
liked the emmons a little bit better though ! it would have been real nice to have had this Zum single
neck 10 at that time because it seems to look better
and play great ! If anyone is interested let me know
because it is still for sale but it won't be available for about a week or so !

Hello, everyone.

I was searching for information about my ZumSteel guitar on Google and clicked on the link that brought me to this thread, and you can imagine my surprise at seeing my own pictures on here, so I joined up to the forum so I could have a say on this thread.

Crow Bear, if you'd like to buy it, I'm the one you should be talking to. This is my guitar, in my possession, as we speak. Mr. Dellinger doesn't own this.

Mr. Dellinger, I find it unethical that you'd post my own pictures of my guitar (and house) and pass them off as your own. You can't flip something if you haven't bought it yet. I'd rather not sell to you if this distrustful behavior is your modus operandi.

To clear it up, that amp is not mine, either, but who knows who it may belong to. But the pedal steel guitar is mine.

I hope you at the forum understand my response, and if anyone is wanting this steel, send me a message. Thanks.
David, you led everyone to believe that you were the actual owner of this guitar or at least had possessed the guitar noting that it played well and you were in the process of cleaning it up. In fact, you did not have the guitar and were appearently waiting to receive the funds from a sale to buy the guitar from someone else. I can only assume that this was the case with many of the items you had for sale as you stated they would be avialable in a week or so. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's very similar to how a pyramid scheme works???

You were obviously trying to use the forum as a dealing place to sell equipment that you hadn't even purchased yet.

I'm glad that you were mature enough to apologize for the misleadings. I just wish it would have been prior to someone else having to call attention to it and feeling you were caught red handed!

We have many good members here that I consider very upstanding friends. Rest assured that many will frown on this.

I agree with David H. Most, if not all of your posts are trying to pre-sell something you apparently don't even own yet. That sounds like a scammer to me, and is enough of a turn off for me to ignore any posts with your name on them.

may this lesson serve you well

But just letting you know How this make me feel
about your Harsh and unkind Jestures even when i
have been very upfront and have not Hid from the
Fact of my mistakes and have apolagised about it
for all to see in front of everyone here on the
Forum, and if you can't accept it and won't accept
it I am very sorry about it, But that will just
really show what most but not all of this forum
and it's Members are really like and are made of,
It's a shame that it is truthfully this judgmental
Against 1 forum member that has made a honest mis
take and can't get forgiven for it, to tell you
the truth about it there are other forum members
that judge others and they are just as guilty as
the ones that they judge and then they go to church
on Sundays and go through the motions and come back
and still are Judging others over and over again,
What would you call that ? everyone makes mistakes
but you have to forgive or you will be judged by a
Higher Judge !! I don't like everyone myself and
have got burned time after time by many but I know
That i have to forgive to be Forgiven, Judge not

Day for we all sin and if you say that you don't
you are just plain out Lying about it !

If this has offended anyone I am very sorry about
it, that is not what it is intended to do, I just
needed to get this off of my chest and out in the
open here on the forum .

Best regards to all from David D

Personally I think you owe us an apology for not using a spell check.

Sorry David, this isn't a case of making an honest mistake. This is a case of you knowingly lying, and getting caught. Personally, I think you should be banned from ever posting here.

I think you being watching too many celebrities, sports figures, and politicians. You just can't blatantly lie to people and then try and sweep it under the rug by confessing and asking forgiveness.

Once your reputation is gone in a small community like this, its gone. You want to be forgiven, fine. But don't ask me to trust you again. It is one strike and you are out. Bye, bye.

David,

No kind words implied or meant, David. There is a special section of hell reserved for people like you. Nothing I hate more than someone who takes advantage of this community for their own profit. I don't believe in forgiveness. I believe in karma. Acts like yours wrap themselves around you and don't let go. They follow you for the rest of your life. You have one reputation in this world. Too bad you decided to toss yours away.

David, if I had to guess, I'd say that most (not all) here on the forum DO believe in forgiveness, and appreciate your apology. I for one, would hope that you stay. You'll have to build up your credibility a little, that's all. Kinda like walking away from a mortgage, I guess, the next mortgage may not be so easy. That may not seem fair to you, but it does to others. I'm satisfied that the tasty goods you advertised would have been delivered, but forum members have a kinship, they expect, rely on, and deserve full disclosure. I don't mean to "pile on" here, but that's what separates us from eBay.

Here's an extreme example: After getting shot in an assassination attempt, Pope John Paul II forgave his attacker. He did nothing to get him out of prison, but he did forgive him. So, grit your teeth, take your lumps and keep on posting. I'll stay in your corner.

What kind of statement do they call this
where you're from, David?

For some reason "honest mistake" just doesn't seem to fit.

Don't confuse the truth with stones.
