Nice one Colin, I have fond memories of Playing up there with Henry Smith's 5 piece band years ago. I love playing Scotland, friendly people, and the best breakfast I've ever had in a cafe the day we left :) I played the Edinburgh Country festival twice too. Met Steelie Bill McKillop one night I played there at the Oprey. Was that a Magnum you're on? I could see the Carter Fretboard, but not the logo, but I think I saw the "matt" finished legs. Say hi to the band from me.

Take care,

Micky Byrne England.

Colin. Great music. That guitar player has a waist strap to hold up his guitar. Back in the day I had one of those as well. Mine was made by Fender, and of course is long gone. I have been looking for another for years. Any way you could find out what he has and where I could get one? Thanks.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the comments.
Micky- hope you are well. Yes it is a Magnum. Light to carry.
Ken- Malcolm uses his trouser belt. He has a bad back so stopped using a strap.
James- where do you live?
Tony- Thanks.
