Bill Leff with Island Breeze in Santa Cruz?

I believe that one of our forumites Bill Leff plays on occasion with the Island Breeze in the Santa Cruz area. I believe that this is Bill playing the Hawaiian steel guitar? Am I correct? Nice playing, Bill.
