"Sort by" pop-up menu feature missing from YouTube

I'm wondering if other people have noticed the tremendous loss of the "sort by" pop up menu feature on YouTube that allowed you to go directly to the latest videos posted or the highest rated videos on any given subject. It seems to be suddenly missing. Am I correct about this? Am I not seeing it in its new location or what? If its gone we have lost something very important. Any person interested in news about world events as they unfold has only one choice. The internet. And YouTube has become the main artery of real information in recent years. The loss of the "sort by" feature is severe blow to what little hope remains of having a good source for the truth.
Maybe I should have posted this under Gone Home.

It's still there, they just hid it under "Search Options."
