Sorry for the late reply, but I didn't get to my computer earlier. No correct answer this time, but this is also a tough one, I admit.

We have master guitar player Dave Biller on guitar and Scott Walls on steel. The track comes from the album "Travis County Pickin'" which features a lot of hot playing on steel and guitar, by various Texas players. If you run across this album, get it, it is a good one! :)
