Scott - Doesn't that one belong in "Steel Without Pedals"?

Bob - We have an ice-box like that in our garage. Ours has the single tall door on the right, though.

These are gorgeous guitars!

Lee - my feet can't reach the pedals, so I just use the knee levers - so "technically" it has pedals, I just don't use them. :)

Here are a few pictures of my LDGsp. Mr Lloyd Green wrote an inscription on the under side of it when I met him at his home. He said that he had never seen one the color of this one. There's also a picture of my little girl holding one of my bluetick coonhound puppies. Just thought that I would throw that in. :D

Just curious...what kind of amp is that Guido? Looks like a Vibrolux, I have an '80 and love it. If it's the Vibrosonic you have listed in your sig, it looks more like a '69 than a '79.

Forgive me for hijacking the thread but are all LDG's green. I thought I saw one on the forum a while back in red ?

Non-Standard Colors are Extra !

Post by Zeke Cory »

I have one exactly like Clyde's in excellent condition. Straight Knees, Red woodgrain also! I ordered it new in late 1982. They charged me $ 200.00 extra just for the non-standard red color. That's exactly what I wanted so it was worth it - my first new guitar. The original LDG model was in the standard Green woodgrain you see most of. Other colors would have been custom order jobs. Sorry I don't have my pics available right now. Best of Luck. Zeke
