Thanks Bubba! And thanks to all who make these meetings possible.
It was an honor and a privilege to get to sit and play with my good friend and "brother" Mr. Bobby Bowman. His tone was awesome, and he was playing some of most lush chordal melodies I've ever heard. Bobby is a wonderful player, builder, mechanic and person, not to mention a solid Christian man.
Miss Cortes provided us with some wonderful vocalizing, as did Jimmy and Gene. Jody S., you played well! Thanks (I think) for starting me out on steel so long ago.
Hope to see you all again next time! JC |

Hey Bill...I didn't notice a Vox amp on stage, but there may have been, sometimes I'm not so observant. I was playing through a Nashville 400. "Howdy" back to Joe and Jim. jc |

Hi Bill, I belive that is a Vox on stage. The Church Youth Praise band uses the same facility and is probably part of their equipment. Jody. |

It was indeed an honor and pleasure to play for the Southeast Texas Steel Club. Just to visit with all the great folks in attendence was a pure joy. And what could have been a greater priviledge than to be able to play with the wonderful Jody Cameron. His taste, touch, tone and execution is absolute perfection. (a little "leg humping" in this case is certainly appropiate, don't you think? ).
Pattie, Billy, Jody Burl and all who help to put this show together is well deserving of kudo's too.
Bubba, your service to the club is invalueable. Thanks for all you do sir.
If you're where you can, I highly recommend that you make this meeting every first Sunday afternoon of most months. You'll be glad you did.
God bless the SETSGC,

I want to thank Jody, Billy and Patty for letting me bring my video camera to the meetings to archive some of the great playing. I have not been to a meeting that I didn't learn something. Once again I must say if your from this area and can make it do so, you won't regret it.
I'm happy to make a DVD copy of the meeting for anyone who would like one if they make a donation back to the club. _________________ A couple of guitars
