I was fortunate enough to take lessons fom Mr. Jody Cameron. I went to him once a week for a 2 hour or so a session, for 2 and a half years. We started out as teacher and became good friends...If it weren't for him I probably would have given up! A bump for my good buddy Jody Cameron!

Jody Cameron is destined to be one of the greats in the world of steel guitar. Years ago when he asked me about learning steel guitar , on his first lesson, he had his right hand blocking really working. Right then I knew he would go on to greatness. He hasn't dissapointed me. I am real proud of this young man. Jody.

Bobby And Jody Having fun
Hey Terry you have not seen the REAL cutting up Jody and Bobby were doing on Sunday while they were playing. I'll be posting some more tunes later today and tomorrow. I've even thought about posting some of the interesting stuff in between the tunes.
Oh by the way Bobby still has his Red Emmons "Booger Red" he would not be able to go home if he did something with that guitar at least that's the story he told me.

A big HELLO Terry,
I had just installed a pair of old Emmons single coil pick ups in the LGII and wanted to give it a try. I still have Bugger Red (my red D-10 PP) and it's still the guitar of choice by a long shot. But, you know how we steel players can sometimes be about other guitars at times.
How ya doin'? Hope things are a lot better for you than they were a couple years or so ago. Really miss our times together in the Chat room.
Drop by tonight and catch Coolie Jones' show. 8:30 your time I think.
Take care and God bless,
BB
