300 steel Guitar Related Photos
I recently doubled the size of my Photo Album to approximately 300 pictures. Essentially all of the photos are steel-guitar related, and the vast majority are of steel guitar players.

Thanks for the nice replies. It makes the effort seem worthwhile. It' a time consuming process, but as long as you guys are looking in from time to time, I enjoy doing it.
BTW, Roger Rettig's name has now been corrected.
Please let me know of any other corrections that need to be made, any duplicates, etc.
Thanks,
Roy
P.S. Over the past year my site has registered an average of a little more than 10 hits per day.

Hi Roy. Boy! Talk about taking a person back to the day! I was a teenager the first time I heard "Seventeen". At first, I thought it was Bill Haley. We always watched the Pee Wee King show on our old black and white TV. My favorite was Red Stewart doing "Slowpoke". My dad was an alto sax player from the Swing era, and he used to take me with him on gigs. I played my old "Gene Autry Melody Ranch", flat-top guitar, which I still have. The frets are worn down, almost to the wood, and the body is broken. My dad would always slip me a few bucks, although they, probably could barely hear me. My late uncle, Jack Jacoby lived in your town( Riverview), for years.Perhaps you may have met him at some time.
Sometime soon, I'm going back and watch/listen to the rest of your attachment! Thanks, so much, for the trip down memory lane! --Jake Jacoby--
