Peavey Classic 30 tube amp.
Mint condition, Excellent condition, New...NO...I have used this amp in my church's praise team.

30 watts RMS into 16 or 8 ohms
Three 12AX7 and four EL84 tubes
12" Blue Marlin speaker
2 channel preamp
Pre & post gain
3-band passive EQ
Boost switch
Reverb level control

Tom, I will buy your amp if you can figure out someone driving up this way. Don't want to pay shipping and I fear shippers would tear the amp to pieces. I have been wanting one of these amps.

Just my opinion, Keith, but shipping this amp shouldn't be a problem. It would be a good idea to remove the tubes and pack them in foam or some soft material. Otherwise these amps are pretty bulletproof.

I would also add some type of Tube Retainer such as "Tom's Tube Tamer" as sometimes the tubes rattle while playing and can fall out when transporting. Its a simple device, you could easily make one.

I've had a Classic 20 for years, great little amp.

Hey don't underestimate these little amps. I've been using a classic 30 the last few years. I'm now using it for the majority of my gigs. It amazes me just how much performance you can get out of it. The nice part is the weight. You just can't beat the tone of a good tube amp.

Somebody is going to be happy with this one.
