Scotty, Mary & all the gang that worked on the convention this year. We all know what hard work it is & how it takes you all year to get it put together. That in itself is awesome. The staff were always polite, helpful & kind. We love you all.
Now, Scotty, we both want to say we love you and we are thankful for you & your family & staff for all you do for us & all the steel guitar players!
We were overwhelmed with surprises, gifts from fans of Roy, LT's Hawaiian room which was awesome, & on & on & on. But the MOST important thing was the love we felt from you Scotty. There will never be another you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you did for us.
The three that were inducted were great picks! Barbara Mandrel, the first women to be inducted. WOW!
Then for you to have Bobby on the phone for all of us who love him so to hear his voice and ours was a moment in time we will never forget. To tell him he will be inducted as the FIRST guitar player not only deserves it but for him to know was a wonderful thing you did. It will help him fight harder to be there to accept it. We all love Bobby!
May God take care of you, your family & staff always.

Laurie,
We had a great time together, didn't we? I enjoyed your company so much. It was so great to hear Roy playing both in the Hawaiian Room and on the main stage.
