Spyware Blaster (SWB) is a good extra protection cyber-cop to have, if you do not already use Spybot S&D. In essence, they both do the same thing when you "immunize" after updating Spybot, or "Applying" protection with SWB.
Bot programs contain downloadable databases of bad application and domains. When you immunize you are really adding dozens of new domains to the Internet Explorer Restricted Sites Zone, or blocking Firefox from opening those web pages.
If you already use Spybot and immunize after updating, there is no need to duplicate your restricted sites with SWB.
