It was an Apple Pro Logic reverb plug-in called Space Reverb. There's a few to choose from but this I like as you can adjust how much it kind of spacialy wanders from left to right as well as the usual reverb parameters. It can be easily overdone though.

There are lots of effects with this program and I am still learning every time I record.
