It sounds like Little Jimmie Dickens. Not sure of the steel tho.

It is Jimmy Dickens and I'm leaning towards Buddy Charleton on steel based on the lead guitarist who sounds like one of the Troubadours.

Several players come to mind that it could be...but I'm going to say it's Buddy Emmons, since he used to play and record with Tater.

Yes, it is Little Jimmy Dickens with Buddy Emmons. Tater recorded a few albums in the later stage of his career, you'll find some great Buddy Emmons playing on those. :)
