For those that ARE unaware!..Windows Media Player allows you to change the play speed of a given MP3, without changing the pitch. For those of you that are trying to comp extremely rapid runs from MP3s this can be a very useful tool.
CTRL+SHFT+S will bring up the slider on your menu...The path is /Right Click/Play/Play Speed
There is a marked difference in the quality percieved of course, but intricate runs can be dissected much easier this way...Hope this helps you all...Mickey
