I had a great time to host a night of fabulous musicians and friends last friday at our home. The special opportunity to see a reunion of long lost pickers. Larry Hoeben(steel) and Jim hartley(percussion) had played years ago with the great Gene O'Neal. Woodie Ledford(guitar) and the master, Mike Bagwell(steel) amazed the scene of listeners. Bob Strickland(guitar) and Wade Medlock(guitar) rounded out the exquisite quality of the music. Buddy Byars sang his heart out with his big voice. The food wasnt bad either, thanks to my wonderful wife Carol. Thanks to all who came! Sincerely, Bob and Carol Strum |

Hi Bob!
Sounds like you had a lot of fun! I still think about your visit to Austria a few years ago! It was so nice to have you around at the time!
Kind Regards, Walter

Hey Walter, Yes those memories with you all in Austria are etched in my mind. Herb Remington and I recall the great back up band and the enthusiastic crowd. Thank you again for the opportunity. Roland, Bill and the Mississippi group provided a warm and inviting and fun player venue. Tell Mike hey from South Carolina. Cant make your show this time...will be in Seattle, but look forward to another time to be with you all.
Sincerely, Bob |
