Over the years I have had the great pleasure of playing with some great Opry stars ie. Rose Maddox, Tex Ritter, Don Gibson, Carle Perkins, Vernon Oxford, Dennis (MCcloud)Weaver, and others.
A few weeks ago while sitting at my computer, I got to thinking, 45 years playing and performing in Country Music, and loving every minuet of it, but throu all that time, Iv'e never been to Nashville, just wondered about it, so I decided to write down a few lines, and came up with this song, and thou I don't sing too well, I just felt I had to do it, and in my own way.
Hope you like it gent's, and it's allways been a privalige to be part of a whole bunch of musicians that make country music sound the way it's supposed to, and it's your's truly playing steel the way I like to. Slim.

Great Slim, the sound and style reminds me a little of ‘Chet’ doing ‘How’s the world treating you’ live 1994... …Can’t be bad being compared with the late great CA.!!!
