Steel Player Looking For Work - Colorado Springs/Denver Area

Post by Paul Carestia »

I have over 40 years experience both stage and studio. Looking to hook up with a top notch country band that likes doing old and new country music. I can make available an mp3 of my playing capabilities to those interested. Thanks much!

Jory, sure I remember you. Dallas Wayne.....one of my favorite people. Thanks for the complement. You see, I was born and raised in Colorado. It's my home. I've come back to the home place and my roots....and I love it. Just need to hook up with some good players to keep my chops up. Hope all is well with you in Wisconsin. Of course, you know Nashville North is no more. One of the last places for real country music.....turned into a parking lot for a car dealership.....very sad....had a lot of good picking at that place.

:D Hey Paul, this is Bill Bailey, I am sorry I missed the gig you had in Vegas, and sorry to have lost contact with you. Glad to hear you are back in Colorado, Cannon City I suppose? I havent spoke to Dee for a long time as well. I hope you find the caliber of players you need to bring out your best playing. Dee regards you in high esteem. I still wish you and he would get back to pickin together. Never heard a better family band. Take care Paul.
