Thanks so much for everyone's kind comments so far. Rick will certainly appreciate it!
Ray, I'll try to find a good address. But with the way they move patients around from room to room in the hospital, room numbers can change on a whim.

Get well Rick.
You have a big community of friends and family behind you. If we all showed up at the hospital to visit you we'd be spilling into the hallways.

Get well soon Rick. The steel guitar community needs you.
You have been a real inspiration to me, and I know to a lot of others as we try to learn these crazy guitars.
We'll keep you in our prayers.

I had a Mitral valve replaced in October. It's a pretty big train wreck. It takes a couple months to get to 60% and another four to be back to normal. The only steel he needs is something to protect his arms from those student nurses trying to find a vein. Good luck Rick.

Sorry to hear about this, Rick,...but with a re-built pump, you'll be good as new.
Get well soon.

Hey Rick, I hope you are feeling as good as you can right now. It's a good thing they caught it when they did, although either way I know there are other things you would rather be doing. Just remember that you have many people that care about you, myself included. Me and my girlfriend are sending you many positive thoughts.

Rick - We are all praying for your speedy recovery. Heart attack! Gosh, been there, done that. Not fun, but certainly survivable. At least you are in a part of the country that has some of the best heart doctors anywhere. God bless those guys to fix you up completely. There's too many tunes to play still. : )

Get well, Rick! Like a few others here I only know you from the forum, but I look forward to your posts. You're generous in sharing your knowlege and good-natured about HOW you share it with us.
Take care of yourself. Hope you're back to steelin' soon!
