Roger, I am playing on a Gibson archtop L-5 guitar for the six string jazz recordings you heard, with the exception of the live track "Will you still be mine" where I used a Gibson L-5 s (this is the solid body version of the L-5 which I continue to use in the studio and on gigs). I would again like to thank everyone for all the the nice and positive comments I have received. I am very pleased that you all enjoyed my recording.

Thanks, Mike. My ears told me 'Gibson archtop', but I'm happy to learn that you have their most elegant guitar!!! I have so many instruments here, yet no L-5 - it's at the top of my 'want list'.

I nearly succumbed to getting an L-5S when they first appeared - I wish I had now they're harder to find.
Roger Rettig: Emmons D10, B-bender Teles, Martins, and a Gibson Super 400!
