Was looking for something to clean the mica on my guitar and ran across a bottle of Rainx and it really does a good job in bringing the gloss back and it covers some of the small scratches. Has anyone ever tried this and is there anything else that some of you have found to work as a good cleaner?

Can you tell me more, Henry? Is this a colored wax, or what exactly is it? Thanks!

Dennis. Lee has it covered there. It is a silicone based type wax and it really works very well on your windshield. I think it may have a alcohol base also which cleans very well. Its a clear liquid. I've used on the windshild before and been in a rain downpour and been able to see clearly with no wipers on.

Henry, my wife claims she's never seen a site (music or other) that covers so much ground and comes up with useful ideas by people in the know. I'll second that & see this is yet another example. Thanks, Steve
