HAS ANY ONE EVER PLAYED A PEDAL STEEL THRU A ROLAND
JAZZ CHORUS 120? JUST WONDERD HOW IT SOUNDS COMPARED TO NASHVILLE 400 OR A SESSION 500. :?

Ron,I use to play thru one that was provided by the club that I was playing at,It never seemed to have enough head room for me?Stu ;-)

I agree with Stu. It sounds decent, but the power just isn't there for medium-large gigs. Great chorus sound, though, probably one of the best you'll ever hear in a combo amp.

I agree with Stu and Donnie. I had to play through one once in Phoenix, AZ on a fly date where backline was provided. Good sound, but underpowered for steel, and I never used the chorus part.

Didn't have problems with the power but I don't care for the sound. If it was all there was in the back line I'd make it work for me but it's not what I'd be wanting.

Rolands don't have the Cajones of a peavy, I'm not even a strict solid state man, but a good PV, solid state or not, like my 100 watt tube powered PV is my facvorite amp for my shobud, reverb and stadium Power!
