Hi Tommy, Good to see those clips. I had the pleasure of working a small package show here in La. with Billy and got to visit with him quite a bit. Very nice guy and superb singer/songwriter.
thanks,
Billy

I did go to a performance of Billy over here in the Netherlands.
Unfortunately, the band he used over here didn't feature a steel player.
Still, it was a great performance, and Billy is a super friendly guy to talk with, he loves steel guitar, and I can only recommend to go see him if you have the opportunity.

Hi Tommy
How yer doin'
I played in a support band for Billy here in the UK last year and ended up playing with him in his set. Challenging for sure. When he called on me for solos in songs I'd never heard before, he had the professionalism and presence of mind to turn towards me, so I could see his chord work.
Great singer and songwriter. He's over here again in July, and I think we're doing support again, so with a bit of luck I might age another ten years !!!!
A great guy.
Barry
