Al Brisco played this at the ISGC in 97. Are there words to it and does anyone have a track for it? Thanks, Greg

I am quite sure this is an instrumental that Al wrote, and it is on his CD , I think that it is called Pickin up the Dust.
Hope this helps
Keith

A slight correction, Keith. "The Heartache" is on Al's Pickin' Up The Dust CD but he did not write it. It was written by J. K. Gulley and Tim Taylor. I suspect that information regarding its tab could be obtained from Al. Jim H.

Hi Greg,

"The Heartache" was recorded by a Canadian artist named Lawnie Wallace on MCA #MCASD 81004. As Jim Harrison said, it was written by Tim Taylor & J.K. Gulley.

I was working live gigs with Lawnie in the 1990's, & J.K. was the band leader/lead guitar player, as well as producer of her CD.

I have the words recorded in a MS Word .doc
I will gladly e-mail them to you if you send an e-mail request to me at steelcan@steelguitarcanada.com

Regards,
Al Brisco
