Burnell, seems like all clips are loading when I visit your page. Can isolate these clips so they only load when selected? Thanks for sharing! So, when and where did this take place?

Gary,I had this LP for I dont know how may years, next time you see one of the players on the clip, you will have to ask them when it was done.I dont understand about all the clips playing at the same time, you will have to email anout that.

Jim,when you have the clip of (It's the First Time)On the player, you will have to drag the slider out just a bit(hold down on left button on mouse, and drag)then click on the play buttom. I hope this helps.

I've tried the link in Firefox, IE tab in Firefox, and IE itself. With all of them, only the sliders on the first two tunes will drag. When I let go, they pop back to the beginning, and they still won't play.

I got it to work. After you click on the play button, it takes a minute to start... then as Gary Lee said, all the tracks play at once. If you go back and pause all the other tracks with the pause button, then you'll have it.

Gary, this jam was produced by forum member Dave Burley, back in the 70's i believe. George Redmon has this same LP in his collection as well. He put it on CD and listens to it often when i visit him. Julian Tharp, and Doug Jernigan are my favorites, and were just so suited for this type of open jam. So to find out more about this record you may contact Dave or George i would say. I heard George say, that Mr Burley is going to reissue this LP if there is enough interest. George even knows what brand of steel and amp situation each player was using on that recording. I doubt very much if the players that are still with us remember that themselves.

So Cass, 30 some years ago? Wow, sure wish I was there. Was it a show or a private jam?

This lp was done in 1975. From what I have been told by a Nashville player, the players weren't paid and the Union walked in during the pressing and took the masters. Understand there were only something like a thousand copies printed.

I suppose only the surviving players can say what went on with this project.
