That's quite a recent one - maybe 2006?

That's just an educated guess based on the serial numbers of mine ('98 and '00), and the slightly lower production figures over the last five or six years.

Jerry Roller or Dave Robbins might have more exact info - those guys have seen more of them than I have. I will be interested to see what the actual date is.

Barry,
I suspect it wouldn't matter whether they were buiding a II or a III; the numbers are probably sequential.

Judging by the number of Richard's guitar, it would seem that 2349 was late-2006 - good guess, eh??? :D

Barry: LeGrande 11s don't have the counterforce unit - a LeGrande 111 could have it on just the E9 or on both - it would still be a LeGrande 111. It's an option when you order - 11s and 111s continue to be produced simultaneously.

If the sequential numbering is being maintained, that would indicate that one guitar per month was shipped in the period 9/06 to 6/07. Now I'm even more certain that my LG111 (#2085 - shipped Oct 2000) is staying right here with me!!!

It's a great guitar!

Bob,

Once upon a time you could figure on a hundred-plus guitars a year, but I don't think those kind of totals have been achieved for some time. Maybe yours is an '03 or '04. Ron and Rebecca should have those figures; it's only the '98 - '01 details they don't have.

My SD-10 (#1889) was shipped 8/18/98, and my next Emmons (a D-10 - #2085) was sent to me on 10/9/2000. So the Aycoths shipped 196 guitars in slightly less than twenty-six months.

Well.... Not quite 'thermals', but I had a sweater on to play golf this morning. The rain was just a light shower, but it has turned unseasonably cold for this area - it dropped into the high-fifties earlier!
