Looking for a u-12 guitar with at least 7+4. First preference would be vintage (msa,sho-bud), but will consider any.

Wow - I have had tons of emails. Thanks everyone for all the nice offers. Since I am getting so many offers, let me narrow down what I'm looking for.

I prefer classic/traditional appearance, such as Sho-Bud, Emmons, MSA. Also interested in newer guitars with similar looks such as Carter, Mullen, Derby, etc....
I'm not interested in GFI, Sierra, and so on. I realize these are excellent playing/sounding guitars, but I am just old fashioned when it comes to the appearance.

Finish - any color lacquer would be ok. The only mica colors I'm interested in are Black or a wood grain.

Of course, if the price is "right", the statements above don't always apply ;)

I currently have a Carter D-10 that I will be selling. I was planning to buy the U-12 first, so I would have both side by side for a while. However, if any of you U-12 owners are looking for a D-10, I would consider a trade as well. I'm not really hot to sell right now, but here it is just in case it is what you're looking for. D-10, 8+5, Black top, Ebony birdseye aprons.

Ok, call the dogs off... I just made a deal with Mr. Sallee in Memphis to buy his Carter. Thanks to Kenny for pointing me in his direction!

Once the sale goes through I'll send a donation to the forum...

Thanks everyone for all the nice offers.
