Webb Pierce "I'm Tired" YouTube w/ Bigsby not Isaa

Sorry, I can't seem to get the URL up for this YouTube video but I bet it can be found through a search on their site. This performance features the standard steel break for this tune by a steeler I don't recognize and he's playing a D-8 Bigsby. Anybody recognize him and is that Bud's guitar?

I would guess Sonny Burnette. He played on a lot of the Webb Pierce recordings of that era, more than Bud Issacs did, and I believe it's him on the record of "I'm Tired" too...
