I'm playing at The Black Rose Irish Pub in Santa Rosa, CA, the town I live in. I'll be playing in two bands; The Spindles, my pop/oddball rock band, and One Horse Town, which is a classic country cover band that hasn't played together in a few years. Reunion-y kind of thing. Should be a lot of fun!

Occasional country-ish (but not forum-approved) sounds will come from my Sho~Bud steel and Gretsch guitar at Logan's Pub, Victoria BC. It's our 4th year running with our Grateful Dead tribute.

Congrats to you all on having New Year's gigs that are fun and fulfilling.
I'm a bit chagrinned that my band's blend of rock, bluegrass, swing, jazz and jam doesn't rate inclusion in this thread, but for those brave souls that might feel like stepping outside the box, feel free to visit my dates page for more info.

VFW Charlotte NC, I'm on guitar though, my choice !

Just like the old days, walk from the car to the stage, guitar in one hand, amp in the other. Telecaster and a Classic 30...

What a life ! :D

Happy New year, be safe

New Years Eve Job

Post by Zeke Cory »

Playing at the Warsaw Moose Club, in Warsaw, New York. 9 to 1 am I believe. About a 2 hour drive. Up till yesterday it was 45 degrees and clear out. Today, we get the biggest storm of the year. Go figure! Driving in this crap gets harder as you get older I have found. Have a SAFE New Years Eve everyone! Zeke

I will be playing in my bedroom, sitting at my LDG, for about 2 to 3 hours. Alone too, no other pickers. Bites, doesn't it.
