That guitar looks like the "basket weave" Emmons on the cover of Buddy's "Steel Guitar" album on Flying Fish Records.

Hey Bryan, you're right, I should have left that Boss Tone in the case.....that show was done in Orlando in the early 70s....a great bunch of guys working for a great man, Slim Mims, and as is easy to see, we were having a great time.
The 'boys in the band' were Don Henderson-guitar and vocals, Pete Hammond-drums and vocals, Gene Thomley-piano and vocals, my little brother Roger Hicks-bass and vocals, and I took what was left. Thanks to Don Henderson for somehow finding those old tapes and airing them. Not bad for a bunch of kids :).
