Bought my BJS bar about 18 years ago and it still as good as it was when i first bought it except of my birthstone fell off and the sticker came off also but that never bother the playability of the bar, today i've received not one but two new birthstone and sticker through the mail by Bill Stroud free of charge... so i'd like to thank Bill for the super service and for a great product, this bar is gonna last a life time and i'm thinking of getting another one in case i loose it or something.

again thank you very much Bill.

Pat C. Very Happy

Hi Pat, glad you got your goodies, and I'm happy to hear your bar after 18 years is still up to par. The bar that I use at church is the bar I first made with a birthstone back in the 70's, no problems with it either.
Thanks for using the BJS Bar >>>>>>>>>>>

I just got a BJS bar from Bill...
yep they're as good as advertised.
Perfect slick hard chrome finish.
Delivery was exceptional.

And as for service....
my bar came and wasn't the one I ordered.
Bill had some problems with his printer and
my order was misread.
Stuff happens. How this "stuff" is handled
is what defines customer service.
Bill had the correct bar shipped to me immediately...before my returning the first bar.
Arrived just in time for my Saturday night show
and I was grinnin' with my latest new toy!
Thanks Bill...

Rick

About a month ago, I played a cabaret-type bar with a high stage and concrete floors. After the gig, I left my BJS bar in the keyhead of my pedal steel. The next day I came to break down my gear, and the BJS bar was gone. I found it on the concrete floor, on the side of the stage, about 15 feet from the steel. It had fallen from the keyhead, hit the wooden stage, rolled, fell about 5 feet to the concrete floor, and rolled about 10 feet before coming up against a P.A. speaker. You guessed it: not a scratch.
