Swingin' West- Mike Gross Nov. 24/7 show now on Internet
The November edition of the recorded continuous airing of "Swingin' West" has just come up on the Internet on twangtownusa.com. It will be on 24 hours a day seven days a week, over and over, for the entire month.
The theme for this month, November, is Thanksgiving month with a touch of inspirational swing. Among the sounds with this theme you will hear will be by the Light Crust Doughboys with James Blackwood, steel guitarists Curt Shoemaker with Les Gilliam (vocal), Brazil’s Ambrogio Gaigher and the Jerry Newberry/Austin Stewart grandfather-grandson steel guitar team.
You will also enjoy the theme Western style with Elton Britt, Dan Roberts, Janet McBride and Rich Flanders. Vocalist Mack Taylor and the late steel guitar great Tommy Roots also continue the theme. A non-theme grouping features Charley Connor from the USA, The Mending Hearts from Scotland and Lionel Wendling from France.
There is a Texas dance hall set with Ernie Ashworth, Hank Stone and Curtis Potter. The album closes with the theme by Texas Playboy fiddle great Bobby Boatright.
The recorded edition of "Swingin' West" can always be heard by clicking the mouse on the appropriate spot on the bottom of the home page of the "Swingin' West" web site, www.swinginwest.com
Thank You!

Hi Mike,
Is it possible for you to make a podcast out of this? I am on the road alot now, and don't have access to the internet too much, but would be able to download the show in a podcast format. Just something to think about maybe if its not too much trouble or expense on your part.
Great show, keep up the good work.

We live to play another day.

Brian,
I sure would love to be able to do this but what I have linked to my website for the Saturday show is the stream of www.wvof.org which is the FM broadcast of WVOF. As for the show that is up continuously and changed monthly that is a link from www.twangtownusa.com
I sure would like to be more of a help. I can't thank you enough for your interest.
