Yep, It's Tom T. with Russ on steel. That's a real country song....from the same pen as "Sneaky Snake" and "I Like Beer", but Tom T. put the real country ballad soul in this one. Thanks Walter for pulling that one out for us.
Walter, my friend; I clicked onto your posting and a page came on saying it could not find the Lloyd Green Page. I have DSL but don't know what I did wrong; repeated the clicking 2 or 3 times to no avail. First time this has happened to any of your postings.. Thanks, anyway..Bernie
Maybe it was a temporary line problem. I checked all of my websites on three different computers, access worked fine on all of them. If you are missing a clip, let me know, I'll send it to you.
Cody, the fiddle player is Murrell Counts. To be honest, I have not heard that name before, but you are right, great fiddle work!
Walter, when I went to work playing guitar for George Jones in 1986,Murrell Counts was one of two fiddle players in the band..."Little"Red Hayes was the other...Murrell had worked with Tom T.and told me he had worked with Glen Campbell when Glen was a teenager in New Mexico...
