I'm a forum member but I did not respond to the magazine offer either way. I received at least 20 of these remove emails today from folks who say I am bombarding them with emails. I also have gotten irate emails from people who have paid for a subscription and have not received their magazine. Please refrain from contacting me with any further communication from Pedalsteel.us. I don't need any more computer problems. I'm already on my second hard drive for this unit and it's only two years old.

I got 20 "REMOVE" emails.
Four (4) of them were labelled Damir Zanne.(20% )

I suggest that everybody prints out their address list on paper and then clear their address list completely.
Then temporarily use the printed list to email people manually, not from the empty address book.

Then run a virus scan program. After the "all clear" sign, rebuild the address list. I have started this on my machine. Just in case.
And there were a lot of obsolete addresses anyway.

Terry,
I too am receiving emails from people wanting to have their names removed. You seem to have a virus and it may be infecting all of us. Support for my ISP has asked me to send all of these to them in an attempt to track it down but they give little hope. Some of the "removes" are getting somewhat irate.

Add my name to the remove list. I have received over 30 of these messages. Someone needs to do something about this.

I understand it's not Terry's fault but I'm now up to 27 Removes and counting. I'm sure someone out there can help us.
This I don't need.

I just deleted about 30 REMOVE messages addressed to pedalsteel.us from my mail box.

I did not not send a REMOVE message as the emails instructed because I think that will add to the problem.

I understand it's an honest mistake, but it needs to be fixed ASAP.

I think all can do is let it ride its course, and of course don't reply to the emails. I'm sure Terry is doing what he can.

I have already contacted our ISP (as of Monday 3:00PM CST) and it is not on our end. It is likely a recipient of our message that had a worm, or virus. Please do not reply to any of those messages. Please do not forward them either. It appears to be sabotage, as we are not using any lists at present. We did make one message initially, but did not mass mail multiple copies to all who received them, or anything like that. Unfortunately, this is ruining our subscription sales. I'm sorry you are all having this too. Just be thankful one of your messages wasn't used to make you out to be the problem, as has happened to us.

Thank you,
Terry Wendt

I don't want to pile on here either, but I would just simply ask, Terry, that you please delete my email address from your address book. Thanks.
