Wow, very interesting - a behind the scenes look at the making of a Georgeboard!
That's better than watching "How It's Made".
and I love that show . .

That router is the most impressive machine I've seen for a while...

Do you ever go on the Sawmill Creek Forum?

I work in techsupport for a UK distributor of various types of engraving machines ( basically similar to that router of yours but smaller, for plastic & metal engraving/cutting ) and also laser engravers/cutters, Sawmill Creek is a pretty cool forum, I'm sure they'd be interested to see your work on there...

Good stuff!

Awwww..... I was sure "handmade" meant you sat there and cut the steel with your pocket knife.. Shocked
Oh well, one illusion less... Laughing

I haven't used the CNC rig for wood yet, but made a bunch of parts on it, like fret boards, bridges, and brackets for horseshoe pickups, etc
It's an OK rig for production, but one-off stuff will have the creator's "character"
Very Happy
That CNC router gets the job done quick. Smile

Just so you know, I've deleted three posts which I felt were not appropriate to this discussion. Please continue on topic.

That's an amazing video, George. Thanks for sharing it.
