Hi Steve,

I chose to go to the ISGC in St. Louis, for the Labor Day weekend.

Why weren't you there, Dude? Smile

Steve,

Bumbershoot is an alternative name for an umbrella. Some claim it's a british slang; others, not. Anyhooow, I was alluding to Seattle's, sometimes, rainy weather. Rain + umberella (or bumbershoot). None the less, it sounds like a great music festival, and one more reason for me to visit that great city. Smile

Keep on pickin!

ahh got it. I guess I should know that...Bumbershoot and folk-life are both pretty cool events and worth the trip. Its actually pretty rare yo have rain during Bumbershoot. The summers are beautiful, with no humidity and NO BUGS! I miss the south, but I dont miss being eaten alive by chiggers, ticks, and mosquitoes.
