As much as I love my Sho Bud Pro II, it is quite heavy and requires too much maintenance. I've been invited to go on a tour with a band that I have been playing with a little and being my first one I need something more reliable and much lighter.
Not seeing anything on the forum that really gets me excited right now, but I would consider any pro model with 3 pedals and 4 knees, preferable already in an emmons set up. I'd love a fessy or something similarly simple, that just plays like butter and isn't too much headache to haul around.
Not into the D10 conversions or the SD-10's... just need a small, light, reliable steel. Prefer to see something used, I don't know that I can afford a new steel.
I need a reliable steel guitar to tour with (3 x 4)
