Its gotta be Buddy Emmons...you can see just by the way he is dressed and that famous Derby he's wearing.

There's a close-up shot at 1:10 where it sure looks to me, from the shape of the nose, that this is no Buddy Emmons. I believe it is an Emmons-impersonator.

I don't know who it is either but I agree with Greg that it doesn't sound like Buddy. At first it looks like him from a distance until you see the closeup with the nose at 1:10 as Jim pointed out. Anyone actually know who it could be?
