Richard, both YOU and RON are out of order here! There is NOTHING defamatory on this thread. This forum is moderated by Lori Smith. SHE is the one to determine violation of rules not YOU or anyone else. This man stated that he is owed money and has a reasonable and logigal argument for it. Before you go slinging around defamtory accusations you better have
YOUR facts straight.

guys -

please please tone it down.

this is an important discussion, and there is room for opinions from both sides.

if you continue to poke at each other, b0b will have to shut down this thread.

let's say what we have to say as if we all get to be heard... and everybody gets an equal voice.

I can not see where this can be part of the resolution process. He received a new MSA!

You can read all the script and the softening of the accusation as some may see it, but the bottom line (my opinion)is accusation that Reece did not return his guitar or payment for it. This is calling the man a thief WITHOUT PROOF. This is defamatory in my opinion.

Another fact is b0b can close down any post
that he deems necessary.

the rules state:
<SMALL>"you will not post any material which is knowingly false, defamatory,..."</SMALL>
I believe Mr. King believes his post is true.

If Reece did not take this man's guitar I'd think he would post here that this story is untrue.

If I was wrongly accused of theft I'd reply pretty darn quick. Maybe that's just me.

My opinion is, that a real thief would deny all accusations vehemently. Reece should not even give it a second thought defending this accusation. Those of you that know Reece, like myself know it is absurd to think he stole a $350 guitar. End of story!!

Richard, thank you for your opinion, I'm glad you are able to post like the other people here, despite your various attempts to end the topic.

Hey Paul, did you get a receipt when you left your guitar? If so I'm sure you're in pretty good shape legally. If you didnt, and nobody remembers the guitar you're screwed. Bad BINESS aint worth a d$mn in case you didnt know. Good luck anyhow. Cya

P.S. For what its worth I would buy a guitar from Reece Anderson in a second if I could afford one right now.

I have been very busy with work this week, and didn't see this post until Lori called my attention to it just now.

I'm shutting this down so that heads can cool. I suggest that these matters are better addressed in email.
