What is the function of the arm lever. I have seen him use it on other videos.

You can hook up a wrist lever to any string(s) you want and use it like a knee lever. It kinda looks kool when Tony uses it huh?
Did y'all notice Tony's sly grin when he used a lower lever at the start of the song? I believe it was the vertical that lowers the B's.
