1st steel recording, country rock

Post by Jim Peters »

This is a duplicate of my music post:

Here's my new band, the Cosmic Cowboys, with me doing my best to hang with the song.

Skip the videos, the sound quality is very poor.

I am not a pro on steel, make no claims, but I think it's pretty good. I Don't know You and You Ain't goin nowhere are my favorites. The other 2 are a little pitchy, but that's the way it goes.

These to me are great examples of country rock, and a testimony to 5 licks played over and over in different octaves, grips and timing- doing the most with what you got. Comments welcome. Thanks, JP
