delay and effects

Ihave a vegas 400 and a nashville 112 am looking to add delay effects any body got any good suggestions. Thanks

JMO... many will disagree, but if you want a simple to operate unit, the Boss DD3 will do a very good job for you. I have tried the rack effects and to my ear, they are not much better and they have to be programmed. The DD3 has knobs and you do NOT have to program it. That is a definite plus on the bandstand. For studio use, the Lexicon units sound great, but are not user friendly on the bandstand unless you are a great programmer. Hope this helps in your decision.

Does the boss dd3 have reverb and adelay on it.

No reverb, just delay. Just add a little of the amps spring reverb, sounds very clean. You will find with the delay unit, you need very little reverb anyway. Just experiment with the reverb and the unit and you will find a good sound.
