Hi Guys & Gals, wondering if anyone can advise me if there is such a beast as a Steel Guitar (amp) to computer connector via USB input port.
Reason is to be able to record PSG or ordinary Guitar directly to computer as in (BIAB)when practicing or whatever to be able to hear back what oneself sounds like.
I know you can connect via sound card input, but want to know if there is a special USB cable to do same thing.

You would need hardware lexicon, Mackie and a few others make some. But I really suggest you go with the firewire connection instead of the USB your latency will be alot lower with firewire connection.

Thanks guys will look into what you sugget, things are a bit different here in Australia, we don't have quite the supply of thing you guys in USA have and it can make it fairly expensive at times. As I said I will look at what has been suggested and take it from there.
