Finaly got the new, "Very Best of Mark Emerick and Don E. Curtis with Commander Cody" has been released and is available at gigs, steel shows and Scotty's Music, if you mention the Forum we'll pay the shipping.
"Live" in St. Louis, some tracks are from the very first gig completely unreheased, while others are from after years of playing together. So it's a goodern, and all the craps been taken out and only the best songs remain.
No Nashville Steel here, just biker songs, prison songs, drug songs...you know, wholesome American Music. Commander only says the "F" word once!
Ozone in Session...

CD Commander Cody
Too bad Bobby Black is not on the CD. His playing Commander Cody got me interested in steel guitar.

More cowbell! ...I mean more Commander Cody!
Indeed, Bobby has planted the steel seed far and wide for decades now. Thanx, Bobby!
And, Don, thanx for the info. Sounds interesting, for sure.
