I'm away from my steel so this may be a little off, but it will get you started. In the key of F, kicking off on F major:

Jake,

finally saat down to try this at the steel this morning. WHen it goes down to the 15th and 13th frets with the B and C pedals, the grip should be 4-5-6, not 3-4-5 as I indicated. Also, I don't think the E lever should be engaged at fret 13 as indicated.
