Kahlman (?) lap steel

There's a "Kahlman" lap steel on ebay. Item 380015122704 (sorry, I don't know how to do a link). Never saw anything like it in my limited experience. Anybody know anything about it?

I think it's probably a Framus offshoot because of the output jacks. Framus outputs were just like that. I've only seen a photo of another Kahlman.
