April 1st 2003 Teresa amd I moveed to the Ozarks. I got to thinking today how much has happened in the last five years and it's a bit overwhelming. Since then we have become grandparents twice, saw our son graduate from medical school and introduce us to a very special lady ( our doughter in lw Kat), played and numerous steel guitar and western swing shows, and became a member of The Kansas Steel Guitar Hall of Fame. In the course of all this we met so many great people and developed awesome friendships. We would like to thank all of you for taking us in to your family. It's been an absolutely excellent five years and we look forward to many more years to come.

Hi Scotty, it was really my pleasure meeting you in Tulsa. I had heard a lot of good things about you over the years and you are a great asset to the steel guitar community. Hope to see you in Tulsa this year. Jody.

Dear Scotty & Teresa,

It is a good thing to reflect now and then as it affords one the opportunity to see how the Lord has blessed you. There is an old song titled "Count Your Blessings" The end line of the chorus says, "And it will surprise you what the Lord has done" I am very glad and feel blessed that ya'll moved into the region. I am also privileged to count you as dear friends. I always love seeing you and Teresa at various shows and getting to fellowship with you. I not only enjoy your company, but also, love your awesome talent and showmanship!
Scotty and Teresa Henderson are a tremendous asset not only to the steel guitar family, but also, humanity.

I love you guys!
David

Scotty, 5 years!! 5 years ago was when I started learning pedal steel, and I can't think of Siloam Springs with out thinking of you and Teresa. I recall a big slap on the back and "hang in there". I'm still riding on that encouragement. See ya'll in Tulsa. Smile
