Gig

Post by Joe Smith »

The Stragglers will be at Mojo's Restaurant And Spirits in Charlotte NC on Friday July 12. Great food and one of the best sounding rooms in the area. Show starts around 10:00.
Come early eat dinner and hang around for some really good music.
[This message was edited by Joe Smith on 05 July 2002 at 07:44 PM.]

[This message was edited by Joe Smith on 05 July 2002 at 08:06 PM.]

If you've never heard Joe play he's worth the 100 mile or more drive to hear him play and meet him. If I were not gigging 50 miles the other direction I would go see my friend for sure. OK Joe, hold that Beer for me and I'll get it next time ..

Joe and his wife Julia are the most gracious hosts and good friends. Had i not started the MASGA I would have missed this opportunity too meet these and other great people. Start a steel guitar assoc in your area if there are none relatively close. Life is short and we need to spend time with good friends. Jimmy and I delivered a new Acura to people in Briarcliff Thurs. pretty nice neighborhood! See you in Aug here
